Subject: Permission required for holding a wedding ceremony during lockdown due to covid 19.
Respected Sir,
I would like to notify you and ask permission for a wedding ceremony we have decided to hold on this month’s 29th. I am aware of the serious fatal condition we are in due to this COVID and care about the seriousness of this disease and its adverse effects on our country and people. That is why in this condition your permission for any official gathering is important but we are very cautious and won’t want to risk our family and guests. We have made arrangements for every precautionary measure to be taken during the ceremony including masks being mandatory for all guests, distance sitting, vaccinated guests being invited only. Furthermore, the number of people attending is going to be 50 only. I am attaching the address and pictures of the venue along with the vaccination certificate of 50 guests along with their names and pictures. Kindly after inspection and being satisfied allow us to carry on with our preparations. We will be thankful. You can contact me on my email AshishMehra02@gmail.com.
Yours Sincerely.
Ashish Mehra.
