Hi sir! With great greetings! I wish you a very good and bright morning! I hope you are in good health. I am a teacher at your eminent school and teaching grade 5 right now. It is to inform you that recently I have been diagnosed with Tuberculosis and that is very upsetting for me as I will be unable to come to school. I would be needing leave for five days. I have already started my treatment and I have appointment with doctor everyday now. I am religiously following all the precautions, he has told me to take and also taking proper medication to get recovered as soon as possible. As you know, Tuberculosis is a disease that is transferable and can be transferred by coughing, sneezing or even if you talk. That is why I wanted to tell you beforehand and that be with a message that you know my reason to not to come. I am very disturbed by all of this and did not want anyone to go out in public. I am only having coughing right now and doctor have also gave me hope that I would be recovered from it soon as I have come to him in early stage. I have chills sometime due to fever. High temperature makes me very agitated. This is a very hard time for me to go through this. I will be back on 3rd November 2018 and resume my classes, until then please appoint a substitute teacher in my class. A lot of course have already been covered but there are some tests to take so I would send you the copy of all the tests I have made for the students. I hope you understand my concern and permit me leave for one week. I will be deeply grateful and obliged.
