Leave Application for getting Passport

FOR STUDENTS:

The Principal,
Starlight High School for Boys,
Bombay, India.

Sub: Leave application

My name is Prachi Abhimanyu. I am a student of this reputable institution. I have been a bright student and scored highest marks in every standard and have been a pride of college. Respectfully, it is to be stated that I need a leave for one day as I have to go with my father for making my new passport. My college degree is about to end and I have applied abroad for further studies. There are some policies to follow that is why my presence is mandatory. I cannot come to college on 5th june 2018. It would be a great favor if you grant me leave for one day only.

Respected Sir/Madam,

With much humbleness, it is to state that I am a teacher in your prestigious school. I am applying for a leave for tomorrow as I need to get my new passport. As I have explained in office before, that I am leaving for London to my husband in five months so I need to get my passport ready. I have received call from embassy yesterday and now I have to get my passport so I can complete my all official documents. It would be very kind of you to grant me leave on urgent basis. I shall be thankful.
