Everyone can use this Article according to their Need. Necessary Changes can be done.

An Incident that Changed my Life

I was a rebellious and outspoken kid all my life. I always wanted things to go my way and never tried settling or compromising on anything that I had decided to get for myself. I left home when I was seventeen started living alone. My parents were a nice cool couple who tried providing their kids with everything that they wanted but were controlling so for a kid like me leaving the house was the only option to do whatever I wanted.

With living alone came partying with friends, roaming in places I have never been, making new friends, never taking my life seriously, and never really looking back at my home and my parents. I got admitted to a university for my bachelor’s in communication but never wanted to do anything big. No goals no ambitions. As a kid who was told to do everything and who got bullied a lot in childhood, I lost interest in living life and making a good life for myself. I always took everything for granted and never wanted it to change just wanted to spend my days and be okay with it. I was not a family person as I got abandoned in my past by every friend that I made I developed this habit too. Was used to not checking up on my parents and my siblings who were constantly worried about me wasting my life. In short, I was just living days, and wasting my life had no purpose.

It didn’t take me long to find myself taking drugs. It started from the bad influence I was in partying with people who used to do drugs. Soon I found myself to be one of them too. My family was concerned tried stopping me but to numb the feeling of void I had in my heart due to lack of relationships and the pain was easier and fascinating. I was addicted and all these drugs were eating me inside. It went like this and I didn’t listen to anyone’s advice until a normal morning when I woke up at a sleepover we friends were having at our friend’s apartment who used to supply us drugs. My eyes opened in the morning and I saw my friend lying numb there but shivering his face was all yellow, body ice cold. He was sweating like crazy but was unable to move. I got scared and woke my other friends up. We all called the ambulance. But before the help could arrive our friend passed away, lying next to all of us, just numb and so young. Time stopped for all of us but for me, the tick-tock of the clock also started for my death, when am I going to die due to these drugs? Numb and cold and helpless, just like my friend. This question banged my head during his funeral till we buried his coffin.

That day when I came back to my house changed my clothes washed my face and look into the mirror promising myself that I will not do this to my life. I will not let myself die and die as a loser. I quit on drugs started studying, started appreciating my life and all the blessings along with the chance of realizing my mistakes before it was too late. Started valuing my parents spending time with them and resolving my issues with them, and loving them more. And this was my way and my lesson back to my life.

Recycling should be made Compulsory

What is recycling to you? Probably reusing the products you use right? Yes, but what benefits does it have, and why it must be mandatory by now. Let’s ponder. We humans, advanced in everything made new inventions invented paper, plastic, and a lot of waste.

Where does the waste go?

Well nowhere, it isn’t going anywhere and we are producing more day by day, we humans are endangering all other species. Global plastic production is around 300 million metric tons per year and it isn’t going anywhere. Our carbon footprint has increased over the years due to the big industries we have. According to IPCC’s document published in august 2021 we Earthians are in ‘code red for humanity’ that means we have ZERO years left to protect our climate and save us from the irreversible damage we all have been doing to our planet.

How our actions are destroying us?

How are we all potentially harming our future generations? The amount of plastic products we use in daily life is insane. Plastics take hundreds of years to decompose plastic shopping bags that we use excessively never decompose so it stays with us. The waste we put into landfills produces greenhouse gases like methane, carbon dioxide that further adds to polluting our environment. The paper we use and waste never really goes anywhere and we keep on cutting more trees to produce more hence causing deforestation leaving wild animals homeless. We are producing million tons of waste every year and our big industries releasing their waste into oceans are causing hazards to marine life as well. According to statistics collected plastic bags take up to 20 years to decompose, other plastic products that have polypropylene take up to 500 years.

Solutions to our Waste problem

The only solution is RECYCLING. The paper you waste must be recycled, the plastic we leave in our environment we can recycle into other products to use again. By using biodegradable products we can help the waste decompose on its own. It’s all about the choices. But sadly 75% of waste is never really recycled. All of the waste products of our industries are never decomposed properly or recycled.

Benefits of Recycling

Recycling helps the economy, how? It reduces the cost of making the products from scratch. Reduces labor for the extra work. Especially benefitting 3rd world countries in reducing their cost on remaking products such as paper from wood and also by increasing jobs in the recycling industry. It helps you restore your forests and let trees live. Imagine saving up trees by recycling paper that otherwise would have been cut to make paper. It helps reduce the plastic that can take up to 500 years to decompose to not let go in the oceans or land but be converted into another product of use.

Other measures to help the Environment

  • Shift to biodegradable products,
  •  eliminate plastic bags,
  •  putting recycling bins wherever possible.
  •  Submit waste to recycle on our own.
  • Recycling does not necessarily need you to transform waste but also produce less by reusing your items for different purposes and living a sustainable life.

With only 6% of waste getting recycled in the USA and similar conditions being present in other countries. We are already late but, better late than never. We can still start using sustainable products, produce less waste, recycle most of our household items. In fact, must make recycling compulsory so that we let our Earth breathe and stop doing irrecoverable damage that our future generations would be facing, and who knows if we leave proper conditions behind on Earth for humans to survive.

Yes, but first what is Sex Education or Sexuality Education? Teaching people about their Reproductive Organs, their health, and safe sex but also making them aware of STDsand future consequences of unprotected sex

Sex Education should be made Compulsory

Why Sex Education is important in Schools?

Well, a wrong perception of kids should be educated about sex by their parents and schools must avoid talking to kids about such topics has led to a great communication gap between kids and their source of education on these topics. As a result, the unquestioned Guru of kids’ internet, takes place and often mislead immature minds through pornographic content.

Scope of Sex Education

Sex education provided in schools must contain education about

  • Safe sex
  • bad touch/ good touch,
  •  consent,
  •  how to maintain relationships,
  • how to take precautions,
  • knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases STDs,
  • contraceptives (which and when)
  • abortions,
  • difference between real sex and porn.
  • Education about reproductive organs kids have.

Why is it necessary?

The teens in schools are already sexually active and they are already getting their education on this topic from various unauthorized sources which often are of no help and only mislead them not providing them the essential details. I mean how old were most of us women were when we found out we have 3 holes down there! Because no one mind teaching us about our bodies and our sexual organs and we were unaware of it all the time.

And due to this basic lack of information on these certain topics, we have already seen a spike in teen pregnancies in the last decade. Most of these pregnancies are not even consensual and are just an accident that happened with them that leads to depression, school leaving for the teen mothers, abandonment from families sometimes, and also abortions. Teens are not mature enough to support and raise kids and most of the time they do not want to even have them in the first place.

Furthermore, not teaching young minds about the consent of others has made us see a spike in harassment cases and sexual frustration too.

How sex education can help this situation?

Teaching young minds and our youth about these topics on consent, safe sex, the contraceptives they can use, how to avoid people with a bad touch, how to use condoms correctly to avoid uninvited pregnancies, how to talk to their mates and parents about these problems at the right time, how to maintain healthy physical and mental relations and teaching them about STDs, precautions, and body changes during puberty and after can help us with most of the problems we and these kids are seeing these days.

Whatever opinion some may have of how sex education must not be provided in schools be it that it diverts young minds or it is the job of parents isn’t big than the problems we are seeing due to not doing it and not more important than the benefits we will see if we educate our youth about their bodies and safe sex so they can make better decisions for themselves.

Does Technology Play a Role in Making People feel more Isolated?

Technology no doubt has connected us with everyone and is paving ways for limitless connections, business without borders, and making us all live in the same bubble, despite it making us all feel like we are under the same roof it’s simultaneously leaving us alone.

Does Technology Play a Role in Making People feel more Isolated?

Opening ways for e-commerce and making our lives easy, allowing us to surf through limitless websites available and have everything just at our arm’s length. It has the power to connect us to people hundreds of miles away but has deprived us of the time we could have to go out and have coffee in a library with another person.

 Evil disguised as a blessing.

Internet and technology tricking us to be saving our lives and time had made us left with no time at all for our parents, spouses, kids. Obsession with gadgets, videogames, online surfing, and virtual connections is nothing new to us with half of us having no real-life left. The worst is that most of us have a  mirror personality and life over the internet and are busy maintaining it.

Connected without connections.

Seems very true at this age when most of us have no real friends left. No actual hobbies and activities left. With multiple entertaining apps and media, we are becoming less disciplined and way more isolated. Spending time with family is left for occasions only. People connecting to the world know nothing about the person sitting inside the very next room. Communication over social media with hundreds of people has created communication gaps within families. Virtual connections give us an illusion of friendships and support and as soon as you are offline all that safe space vanishes leaving emptiness behind.

The horrors of obsession with technology.

Along with having devastating effects on our relations and communication, social skills in reality technology is doing us physical damage too. According to popular reports, people addicted to social media suffers from mental disorders like stress, anxiety, and depression. Having an eye on everyone’s plate makes your plate looks smaller and people tend to suffer from inferiority complex too from watching thousands of people daily. According to famous reports, social media addiction regarding stress has a total of 20% suicide rate out of all major reasons to suicide.

The continuous pressure to be online leaves no space to work on ourselves and our lives and making no real progress is damaging lifestyles. From adults to young kids and toddlers having no limited screen time is having damaging effects on brain development and behaviors. Kids being addicted to gadgets is hindering their growth and power of thinking and is promoting pathetic behaviors once the gadget is taken away. According to this source linked below, 63 percent of Millenial respondents declared that they felt attached to their phones or tablets, while the same was true for 26 percent of the Boomers.

A fake world.

The reality is that we all are living in a fake world created virtually. You practically can not hustle enough to build a great lifestyle and healthy habits with an average of 6 hr screentime or can you? No doubt that with time advancement in artificial technology is going to have us all trapped in it with no way left to live offline. The most we can do about it is to limit our time online. Make friends, hang out, start engaging in activities like sports or doing gym, connecting with people face to face, remove communication gap within your family, and taking time out for family and friends on weekly basis to have more to our lives than JUST A SCREEN.

Diversity and Inclusive Teaching Impact

Diversity and Inclusive Teaching Impact

Inclusive teaching is the method of teaching in which students should feel supported and appreciated. His opinions should hold value and freedom of speech is given to the student so he can project his thoughts and ideas easily. There are no confinements when it comes to inclusive teaching. Inclusive teaching is done to engage a diversity of students of different backgrounds, social class, race yet their opinions are mattered the same. It is to acknowledge the difference between students yet giving them a civic platform to participate. This teaching approach enhances the safe zone for students to learn in an open environment. Learning, thinking and teaching can be done easily where their parameters are set before and equal for all students.

Understanding the essence of diversity in the classroom is very significant, accepting to create an environment on campus or class where students from different backgrounds will come and hold different life experiences. Their sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, gender, socio-economic status, religion all vary yet this diversity becomes inclusive when they are catered with support and welcome with freedom. There should be an environment in which every student shares their diversified experiences without any hesitation and if this kind of impact is acquired-this is what you call inclusive teaching.

Teachers should train a student to be open to diverse environments so they can be trained for their careers as they will meet a different kind of people from different cultures and opinions at work. Students learning should be based on their diverse perspectives and opinions value. There should be no biasness by teachers and each student should be listened to and respond with the same respect as any other student in the class. If a student is facing any problem regarding their culture or religion, the teacher should call the student and let him talk about it so it can be resolved. There should be inclusive teaching strategies planned so that teachers can learn how to bring equity in the class without differentiation. Teachers should invite guest lecturers from different ethnicity so the student can understand the essence of diversity.

This kind of inclusive teaching methodology will bring positive change for the students. As there had not been a lot of awareness on this matter so people did not have a broad idea about diversity and inclusive teaching. Its implementation will lead students to stand at any workplace without any hesitation and they can give some level of respect to other people regardless of their race, religion, and ethnicity. This kind of environment is free of stereotypes and no student should be prioritized based on their race or ethnicity which would bring equity in the classroom. The inclusive teaching method is coined so every student can feel the right to education and can give back to the society in numerous ways by learning from this kind of environment.

Article on Greenhouse Effect

Article on Greenhouse Effect

The greenhouse effect is the problem that has been existing for very long and each year every state tries to pass a resolution to control Climate Change in the United Nations. The greenhouse effect has the capability to end the world sooner and destroy the wildlife. It is the process by which radiation from a planet’s atmosphere warms the planet’s surface. The natural greenhouse effect is important for the sustainability of life on the planet but when these gasses are emitted due to human-derived pollution. It causes a problem.

Svante Arrhenius was the first Swedish scientist who researched and claimed that fossil fuel combustion may result in enhanced global warming. He concluded that human activities are doubling the carbon dioxide concentration which results in an increase in temperature of the earth.

Effective Mechanism:

Greenhouse effect which is warming the Earth’s surface and troposphere are crucial for human life and control on this is very essential. As the fact states that earth warms up in the day and cools down in the night and releases the heat in the form of infrared radiation out of the atmosphere into space. These radiations are absorbed by Greenhouse gasses. When greenhouse gases absorb all these radiations, it makes our earth warm. Although it is considered as natural effect and is required for humans to survive if the ratio of greenhouse gases increases and rises the earth normal temperature it will lead to global warming.

Causes of Greenhouse Effect:

The greenhouse effect has mainly increased due to human activities such as

  • Deforestation
  • Burning of fossil fuels
  • Increase in population
  • Industrial Waste and Landfills
  • Farming

Vehicles release carbon dioxide which is one of the main gas responsible for greenhouse gas emission. Electricity related emissions are also responsible because we generate electricity from coal, which releases a large amount of carbon dioxide in the environment. Cutting of trees and forest. Farmers use nitrous oxide as fertilizer in agriculture, which is responsible for the greenhouse effect. Landfills with garbage produce carbon dioxide and methane which is also heating the earth.

If it is not controlled on time, it can create holes in the ozone layer. The increase in temperature is proved that global warming exists and it is giving signs to control the pollution. The fact that a person cannot go outside the house because of severe heat is not a natural process but the depiction of the involvement of man-made gasses has an effect on the ozone layer which is heating the earth’s surface.  Thermal changes can make the whole animal species go extinct because of a lack of adaptation of animals to the changing temperature and they die because of it. Better results can be achieved when human use less heat and buy energy-efficient products and does not create extra pollution in the environment.

Role of Pakistan in Developing Countries

Pakistan is a developing or underdeveloped country? Pakistan problems as a developing country.

Role of Pakistan in Developing Countries

Pakistan came into being on 14 th August, 1947. This country came on the face of the world on 27 the Ramadan, most probably the Shab e qader! This is unusual and extraordinary! It clearly shows that Pakistan do have a serious and long lasting role in the world and is drawn on the globe for a purpose.
It is said that Khana e Ka’aba is at the center of the world and Pakistan is in the center of the continent of Asia. Pakistan had faced a number of problems right from its existence, but with true spirit of words and letters, she continued working hard and coined herself as ‘developing’ country.
Iran, India, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Afghanistan, Somalia, Zimbabwe, Nepal, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Uzbekistan, Maldives, Myanmar are all developing countries of third world. Many of the population in these countries are living in poverty and have less chances of getting jobs and opportunities. Pakistan, being the Nuclear Power has earned a magnanimous power and magnitude among these countries and the third world countries started to expect from her a lot.
The recent development in Pakistan in the name of CPEC, China Pakistan Economic Corridor, has stunned the countries and they all are eager to join the money rush. This is a huge step in the development of the country herself and is a source of getting jobs for the allied countries of the third world. If their financial issues are resolved timely then they can get themselves for better education and hence better living standards.
Role of Pakistan in the third world if of leader and leadership is all that matters. Steps taken in by the Pakistan in the near future can have great impact on the foreign policies and allied policies of other countries, so it is mandatory for Pakistan to fashion good decisions in the betterment of the countries of the third world!

Is man fate bound?

Is a man’s fate bounded? Man is the Architect of his own fate.

Is man fate bound?

Fate is a huge term and is very interesting, but equally controversial. There are always two types of people on the basis of whom, the world could be divided into two distinct groups: the world of winners and the world of losers. The world of winners is not in favour of any hurdle or obstacle as for them the word ‘impossible’ is not known to them as Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the famous leader who founded Pakistan in way back 1947! He was the man of intellect and firm determination. What he did, the world witness it! He belongs to the world of winners where famous, writers, singers, architect, musicians, film makers, scientists are included. These people too were blessed with fate and the machinery of fate do act upon them, but with firm resolve and solid determination they tend to drop off the magnitude of fatality into immortality.
As far as the world of losers are concerned, they reach nowhere as they are religiously ‘fate-bound’ they depend on the element of ‘chance’ that definitely come to ruin their fate as famous writer Thomas Hardy quoted in many of his novels. He is of the opinion that man is fate bound and is never free, but in my own personal opinion, fate do have some effect on the person’s life, but human will is free and that is what matters!

It is person’s own decision whether he wants to be a part of world of losers to whom no one recognize or he wants to be fit into the circle of the winners. A loser can be a winner if he sits and acts upon on the lives of winners as ‘sit with the winners, the conversation will be different’ so think wisely.

Does Termination of Media Affects the Source of Information?

Social Media and Termination. A Discussion of Social Media and Termination of Employment. Is Social Media Behavior a Valid Ground for Termination? Sample article is here.

Does Termination of Media Affects the Source of Information?

Man is biosocial animal as a definition of psychology says. Talking is times old tale. Human being interact with each other through the different means of languages. In order to understand each other globally, man learns the language of others so that they can converse in a better way.
Medium is very important. There are two kinds of mediums: electronic media and print media. In print media, newspapers, fiction, literary books, text books, magazines suitable to all ages are included. In electronic media, radio, television and internet are prominent. It is impossible for human being to talk and converse with each other all the time. On the other hand, talking is based on knowledge and knowledge is handicapped without the availability of mediums whether print or electronic.
No school, college, university could be run without text books, teaching notes, guides and in modern era without powerpoint or Microsoft word documents. Laptop and internet are the only monarch of information nowadays and if these sources of mediums are terminated or blocked somehow then, there will be no education as there are no books to be printed through print media and there will be no progress without the tool of internet.
Internet is the quickest source of information. Students, teachers, employees, businessman, and even layman’s life would be affected if Medias are terminated. There will be no progress or very little in the fields of science and humanities. Sharing leads to progression and if research work or ideas are not inter-changed between people, clubs, communities or educational think tanks then the life of people is just a wastage of time and there will be no colour and fun remains with them. Media should not be termination as it voids one from good sources of information.
