Starlight High School for Boys,
Subject:Leave application due to the demise of uncle
It is sadly stated that my beloved uncle has passed away today due to cardiac arrest. It’s a very heart-wrenching moment for our whole of the family. He was so young and I cannot elucidate in words how much traumatized we are right now. This tragic loss has left us all in great shock. Beloved demise always takes your life away. I am in no state to come to school and attend classes like a normal student. I hope you that keeping in view my circumstances you will issue me leave for one day only. I shall be very thankful.

United India Insurance company,
Sub: Leave application due to the demise of uncle
It is respectfully stated that the biggest calamity has come upon me. This morning I got to know my uncle, who was in the last stage of cancer has passed away. This incident has affected us all very badly. Children of my uncle are too young to take responsibility for post-death and funeral affairs. My presence is very requisite at the funeral. It is to take in your notice that I am an old employee of this company and had also represented this company on international forums. I expect you to take my punctuality and profile in view and permit me to leave for one day.

Leave Application for the Demise of Uncle by Teachers
Subject: Leave application due to the demise of uncle
This application is to request a leave of two days. I just received a call that my uncle from maternal side died early in the morning. He was a diabetes patient for a long time now. We were expecting his recovery but nature has its own ways. In this crucial time, I have to be there with my family in order to give them moral support. I have to travel to Delhi for the funeral ceremony. Please place a substitution teacher in class 10th section B. I have covered most of the course so it won’t be more of a problem. I request you to please grant me leave for two days.
